Refund Policy
We will always refund in full if you are not satisfied with a purchase from us. If you need to return an item, just mail it back to us in its original packing. The shipping for this is at your expense. We accept returned items if they are in perfect unused condition. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
