Refund Policy
We will always refund in full if you are not satisfied with a purchase from us. If you need to return an item, just mail it back to us in its original packing. The shipping for this is at your expense. We accept returned items if they are in perfect unused condition. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

For your free colour chart email us at info@thesilkmill.com or click on 'Send Us Feedback' on the blue banner at the end of this page and send your name and postal address. Phone (+44 (0)1603 308966) if you have any queries. We make every effort to show the colours as accurately as possible but there are always discrepancies between screens and systems. We can send snips of thread if you want to be sure about a particular shade.
